Rakugo 2.0.8c and Big change in my workflow

Hi, I want thanks to  @InaneFool  for report a bug with text speed and auto speed - channing this options cause Rakugo to break.
I just fixed it and upoladed as new relase Rakugo v2.0.8c and The Question v.1.2c.

If you already download Rakugo 2.0.8b or Rakugo-The-Question-v.1.2 the just download OptionsBox.zip
And unpack it in res://gui.

He also propose me to change my git workflow and from now  The Question will be devloped as branch the-question.

And old The Question repo will be removed.
